CAS Conformity Assessment Services (LLC) — Egypt
Who we are
CAS is a privately held conformity assessment body operating in Cairo, Egypt. Our personnel certification arm — CAS Academy — assesses and certifies individuals against ISO management-system schemes, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 27001 and others.
Legal entity (clause 4.1)
CAS is constituted as a limited liability company (LLC) under Egyptian law. As a defined legal entity we are responsible for all of our certification activities, including the granting, maintaining, recertifying, expanding, reducing, suspending, reinstating and withdrawing of certification.
Accreditation status
We operate to the requirements of ISO/IEC 17024:2026. Accreditation is currently in progress with the Egyptian Accreditation Council (EGAC), with head-office assessment by EOS and NQI pending. Until accreditation is granted in writing, certificates we issue do not carry the EGAC or IAF marks. We will publish updates to this page when our status changes.
Our scope
We certify individuals — auditors, lead auditors, awareness graduates and equivalent roles — against published certification schemes. The full scope, prerequisites, assessment methods, surveillance and recertification rules of each scheme are made publicly available on this site (clause 7.2.2).
