Complaints & appeals
Have a concern, or disagree with a decision we made about you? Choose the right channel — both are handled impartially under ISO/IEC 17024:2026 (Complaints §9.9, Appeals §9.8).
Report a problem
Something's wrong — with a CAS-certified person, or with our certification service, an examination, an invigilator, or our conduct.
e.g. a certified individual misusing their certificate; an issue with an exam, a result, or our staff.
Challenge a decision
You disagree with a certification decision CAS Academy made about you and want it formally reconsidered by independent reviewers.
e.g. an examination result, a refusal to certify, or a suspension or withdrawal of your certificate.
