Prerequisites
A current Food Safety Level 2 certificate (or equivalent) AND a minimum of 12 months supervisory experience in a food business, OR a relevant degree (food science, hospitality management, veterinary or related). Equivalent training is accepted per ISO/IEC 17024:2026 §5.2.3 (d).
