Overview
Two-day virtual Food Safety Level 1 — Food Handler Awareness, based on Codex CXC 1-1969. Completed pre-issuance per the §9.2 prerequisite chain.
Foundational awareness of food hygiene principles for personnel who directly handle food in catering, retail, hospitality, or food-manufacturing settings. Covers personal hygiene, cross-contamination control, temperature control, allergen awareness and the legal duty of care under Codex CXC 1-1969 / Egyptian food safety regulation.
