Overview
Five-day virtual Food Safety Level 3 — Manager (HACCP-aware), based on Codex CXC 1-1969 incl. Chapter Two. Completed 2026-05-13, cert issued 2026-05-14.
Management-level food safety covering the design, implementation, monitoring and continual improvement of a HACCP-based food-safety management system aligned with Codex CXC 1-1969 (incl. Chapter Two on HACCP) and ISO 22000:2018. Includes hazard analysis, CCP determination, verification, validation and food-safety culture.

Prerequisites
A current Food Safety Level 2 certificate (or equivalent) AND a minimum of 12 months supervisory experience in a food business, OR a relevant degree (food science, hospitality management, veterinary or related). Equivalent training is accepted per ISO/IEC 17024:2026 §5.2.3 (d).

Yes. You sit a proctored examination and, on a successful result, receive a CAS Academy personnel certificate carrying ISO 21001:2025 (training) and ISO/IEC 17024:2026 (examination). It is valid 3 years, with recertification every 3 years.
