Overview

Three-day virtual Food Safety Level 2 — Supervisor, based on Codex CXC 1-1969. Completed pre-issuance per the §9.2 prerequisite chain.

Practical food-safety supervision for shift leaders and team supervisors in catering and manufacturing. Builds on Level 1 with cleaning and disinfection programmes, pest control verification, temperature monitoring, traceability and the supervisor's role in implementing prerequisite programmes per Codex CXC 1-1969.
